Ralf Schreiber is Founder and CEO of Qfour.ai. Over 25 years of experience in consulting, coaching and training international organizations — paired with the conviction that the future of Learning & Development lies in connecting humans and AI.

His focus: Leadership Development, Strategic Coaching and the international rollout of learning and development programs — from DACH across Europe to APAC. Before Qfour, he accompanied boards, C-level and senior leaders through transformation and restructuring phases.

With Qfour.ai he pursues the vision to no longer think of excellent coaching and training as a privilege of the few — but as an integrated, AI-amplified experience for every employee.
